i do 100 intervals. always work your way up. each hundred swim first lap slower then your 4th should be fast. do that for each hundred

Find your pace on the first 100 and then each 100 push a little faster till you get to sprint on the last 100. :)

i always start out too fast, so make sure you don’t. go moderately for the first 200, pick it up on the next 200, sprint the last 100.
